Eligible orders show a Cancel order button on the order-details page. Cancellation may no longer be available after fulfillment has progressed.
Returns & refund information
Return or refund eligibility can vary by product, order status and delivery condition. Check your order details and HARUNEX guidance before sending anything back.
After delivery
If an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, keep your order number and evidence of the item's condition. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method. The time until funds appear can vary by payment provider or financial institution.
